Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that communicates and supports DDReg’s growth, mission and strategic vision.
  • Develop HR Plans and Strategies to support the achievement of overall business plans.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process end to end.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

    build a vibrant environment for employees.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process end to end.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Implement a best-in-class talent management process, identify Hi potential employees and build a development and growth plan for them.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal and statutory compliance throughout human resource management requirements.

Experience

  • 4+ years of experience is required.
  • Proven working experience as HR manager or as an HR executive (8-10 years prior experience).
  • Generalist HR role.
  • Experience with human resources metrics.

Functional Skills

  • Knowledge of HR Process.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.

People Skills

  • People oriented and results driven.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization.

Qualification

  • Bachelors/ Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
